Our services
Two jobs, and each has its own scope
For windows, we clean the glass inside and out, plus screens, tracks and sills. For the house, we wash the outside walls. Roofs, driveways, pavers and repairs sit outside the service.

Since Hurricane Ian, many Sanibel homes have been repaired, raised or reglazed, and construction dust settles into tracks and onto sills. Tracks and sills belong to every window in your scope, so new glass gets the same inside-and-out clean as old.

02. See the scope before you decide
We follow up and spell out the job. If anything about the house would change the price, you hear it before we go ahead.

Does Pure View come out to Sanibel and Captiva?
Yes. Pure View serves all of Lee County, which includes Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island. Put the island address in your request.
My windows are new since Ian. Do they get the same clean?
Yes. New windows get the same scope as older ones: glass inside and out, plus the screen, track and sill. If your glass carries a coating or film, mention it in your request so the scope reflects it.
I open the house in November. Can the work be done before I arrive?
Put your arrival date in the request. We follow up with you directly, and timing is settled with you before work is agreed. We don't quote lead times on the site.
Will the film come back after a summer with the house closed?
Spray keeps landing on island glass, so a house that sits closed will collect new film. We clean what is on the glass and walls in your agreed scope, and we make no promise about how long that lasts.
