We clean both sides of the glass on every window in your quote, plus the screen, the track and the sill. Film, water spots and the grit that packs into a slider track are the usual reasons homeowners look for window cleaning.
Window cleaning does not include repair, restoration or replacement.
We pressure wash the outside walls of your house, where Florida's rain, humidity and sprinkler spray leave their marks.
Roofs, pavers, driveways, pool areas and other outdoor surfaces are not part of this service.

Walls first, windows last is the usual order. Washing a wall sends dirty water and spray down onto the glass below, so clean windows go at the end. Put both in your request and the owner will go over it with you.
